This has long been a pet peeve of mine with Greenpeace. Maybe pet peeve is too harsh a word, but it still irritates me. Greenpeace guys with clipboards on the street asking for donations wear yellow. Yellow. They’re called Greenpeace, is it so much to ask that they wear green? Is there something bad about green shirts in their eyes? Is green more expensive somehow, will someone please explain this to me?
I hate hate hate people with binders and clipboards on the street. They’re all out there for a meaningful cause, they all want money (of course they never talk about that right away) and I can’t stand it. People with clipboards on the street are just a huge red flag so I usually try to cross the street to avoid them. I revisit this setup a couple times later because there are lots of other reasons I get irritated with the Greenpeace people.
