Okay so maybe it wasn’t this fast, but it was a few hours from when I saw the completely unscathed wet cement and then later saw the completely graffito-tagged then dry or drying cement. I wonder how so much sidewalk managed to not get this kind of treatment, I guess usually it’s only a target if it’s a single section of sidewalk.

The thing is that the only person I would ask to translate Chinese for me is my mom, but if this is like your typical graffiti I think she might be too embarrassed to tell me what it means if it’s as bad as your typical graffiti.
