Technically leaning over the fence like this I’m guessing is impossible because why would there be the large fence if it didn’t guard you from leaning over the small fence? But I don’t care, I wanted him to be looking over the fence.
More from the Circle Line tour. This is around the Northern tip of Manhattan.
Circle Line tour boat from a few weeks ago. It’s a good thing I went when I did because even at the time it was a bit chilly. I can’t imagine how cold it would be to go now.
