The Greyhound bus driver I had on the way up to Boston this weekend was a very happy-go-lucky sort of guy. I did indeed use the urinal next to him at the rest stop and he did say this word for word. You can’t make this stuff up.

It’s true, I’m out of ideas right now (or as I wrote this one) because when I run out of ideas I do fart jokes! This is a lack of continuity strip because as soon as I finished it I realized it was completely out of character since he always tries to cover up his flatulence. This is a tribute to one of my best friends. Whether or not this aspect of his personality needs a tribute is debatable. Anyway, he can be a pretty serious person at times, but he finds bodily functions hilarious. I said to him once that he could amuse himself if he was locked in a closet. Turns out though that he only finds them funny when inflicted upon other people. Actually that sounds too sinister, it’s just the fact that someone else was around for it he finds hilarious, but if it happens when he’s by himself it’s not funny at all.
Now I’m asking myself why in the hell did I ever do this strip?
No matter the circumstances you never want to be the one leaving when someone is entering.
I find people who talk on their phone in bathroom stalls hilarious. Especially when it’s a small bathroom that accomodates no more than three people. ESPECIALLY when they stop their conversation when someone else enters, waits the entire time and then resumes when that person leaves. The laziness of the past few comics have in way anything to do with me wanting to get this comic done so I can play Final Fantasy XII, really.
I’ve never actually done this, but I imagine someone out there has.
Thankfully this one isn’t based off of real life. Basically the phrase “diarrhea of the ass” flashed through my mind one day and this comic was the result.
As per usual for comics of this nature I will make no explicit comment. Though why do I fear that I’m going to be getting a call from my mom later today saying I should eat more green vegetables and bananas? Was that too much information? That probably was wasn’t it? Oh well.
