I get up around 6:00 AM now, have a banana, stretch and then head over to the park where I practice kung fu for somewhere between 1-2 hours depending on how I feel. When I get back I make a nice breakfast and either catch up on internet stuff or watch videos from my YouTube subscriptions or on Mondays I watch Cosmos.

Depending on how good I am, I’m usually done with all that stuff by 10:00 or 10:30. Sometimes though I get carried away and it’s embarrassing how much time I wasted to the point that it feels like it’s practically lunch time by the time I’m showered and ready to work. I’d say I have the first half of my morning in a good routine, but the second half needs improvement.
