So I ended up fact checking my comic and it’s actually not entirely true. We went to see “Man of Steel” and “World War Z” at the Arclight theater here in San Diego. If you’re not familiar with the theater, it’s a movie theater where you can reserve your seats so that once you get a seat that seat is yours. It’s a couple bucks more than a normal theater but compared to New York it’s either the same or a little bit cheaper.

When we were in the theater I noticed that there were always people in the easily accessible seats in the front of the back section which I assumed were all seats for handicapped people. While they are probably the most easily accessible by people with disabilities, the blue seats on the seating chart are actually empty spaces designated for wheelchairs.

Still though, the thought that people would willfully  buy handicapped seats was too funny for me to pass up even after fact checking it.
