When we lived in NYC there was a fish market right by the subway station which was super duper convenient. Since moving to San Diego we haven’t been eating much fish because so far the best place is the fish market in the local farmer’s market. But since their stuff is caught wild that of course means it’s much more expensive.

Every Ralphs’ farm raised salmon has color added which doesn’t sound like anything we want to be a part of. We’ll probably try Whole Foods next, though we don’t do regular shopping there so it’s not quite part of our shopping routine.

The thing I’m curious about is have we been eating salmon with color added all along and this is just the first place to let the customer know?
