One of the top three things in NYC I knew I’d miss was my kung fu school. I took classes three days a week for five years. When I first got here I managed to keep up with my practice around that pace (mostly because I wasn’t working). I’ve had work here and there since then and lately I’ve been quite busy. My legs have had a constant feeling of restlessness for a while now because I haven’t been exercising. My fear is that one day the restlessness will disappear because my body has finally adjusted to a more sedentary lifestyle.

In short, I need to get off my ass and exercise before I lose more of my kung fu!
