I knew that Sudafed was known as the medicine that contains the chemical required to make crystal meth, which is why they moved it behind the counter at pharmacies. Apparently a lot of other medicines have joined it. I was looking for Tylenol Cold & Sinus because I’ve used it before and remembered it working well. But I couldn’t find it so I settled for Advil Cold & Sinus. In order to buy it I had to go the pharmacy desk, sign my name on a pad that probably said something like “I won’t make crystal meth with this”, paid my money and left.
Still, this is precisely what I was thinking every step of the way.

I think they said you make it with household cleaners too, but you don’t see them locking that stuff up either. I think the sudafed contains alcohol or something that’s why they put it behind the counter so kids to get it and try getting drunk on it. But in these days anything can be turned into a drug…
