We’ve had a storage unit ever since we moved into our apartment, but it’s just becoming less and less worth having. Now that it’s going up in price yet again we’re getting our stuff out of it. This means that my childhood toys will be that much closer to me at all times. I’m not sure how many (if any) of them are still entirely intact. I might go through my old black & white photography prints and throw out the ones I’m too embarrassed to look at ever again.
I also have a box full of magazines featuring articles on Star Wars The Phantom Menace. I think those decreased in value every day after that movie’s release. Also I think I have some from when X-Files was still good. More than likely I’ll bundle them up in twine and toss them in the recycling.

Hey, you could sell your old magazines on eBay, I’ll bet.
That’s true, I thought about that but wasn’t sure how much they’re worth. I just checked eBay though and looks like people are at least trying to sell some of them for $20-$30!
I would never throw out the old photos, they don’t take up that much space.. And for the magazines… if you’re going to toss them anyway, you could always sell them for under the market price, then you get rid of them earlier and you make someone happy.
True about the photos, but there are some I seriously think I never ever want to see again O_O I also might have some duplicate prints too.
