Between two supermarkets I couldn’t find any ground pork for the peking ravioli I was making for Chinese New Year. I ended up buying pork chops and cutting it up by myself with a cleaver which took a very long time. Yet Key Food does indeed have chicken feet sometimes and connective tissue stuff I think most people in my area wouldn’t touch with a ten foot pole. Another supermarket had halal meat, but none of them had ground pork. I could’ve tried going to some other supermarkets nearby but it was late and I was feeling lazy.

I suppose only relatively lazy because when I got home I cut up the pork, made the filling, and made dumpling skins by scratch
