I used to take naps pretty regularly on Sundays. Actually I’m still finding myself taking naps on Sundays even though my work week doesn’t exist anymore. Maybe my body just likes getting really tired on Sundays. Or maybe my eating patterns on Sundays end up being different from other days which affects my energy level. Taking naps whenever I feel like it is a pretty awesome thing, especially because of how awake I usually am for the rest of the day or evening. That would be pretty awesome to work in one of those offices which allows naps. Then again, that kind of office would probably expect crazy hours so it’s a trade off.
