So apparently it barely takes a thought in order to badly scratch the screen of the iPod nano. Several people have already complained about this and others are already calling the iPod nano the next G4 Cube for Apple ’cause of it’s sexy form factor but premature demise. This is rather amusing because of the Ars Technica review where it took running over the nano with a car multiple times before they could get it to stop working. Though even in that review, the screen was the first thing to go.

So far all seems rather typical for Apple 1st generation product as of late. If I ever buy Apple hardware again it’ll definitely never ever be the first generation. I still don’t understand how they can consistently release all these products that look great but behind the scenes have their own ugly secrets.
