I was in the Chicago Airport and the toilet stalls had these things. I think I’d seen them before one other time. I resisted the urge to abuse the system.

It’s a universal constant I’ve noticed that despite all the motion activated stuff in airports the toilet paper is never perforated. Instead they have those stupid plastic teeth things that never cut like they’re suppose to. The only time I’ve seen those things be of any use is when the teeth are on the middle of the dispenser instead of on either side.
