I actually already did my post-Easter candy shopping. Well, that’s not true. I didn’t so much make a trip for Easter candy as much as I tagged along with a friend who was doing that. I ended up getting a wand of mini Reese’s peanut butter cups which I devoured in two nights. Though I suppose that doesn’t technically qualify as devouring if it took that long. Regardless, the total amount for the four or five different Easter candy items didn’t go much higher than $5 which was awesome.
I was mostly thinking of this because when I was at the supermarket I saw this one small tower of Easter candy with a “Easter candy Half Off!!!” sign on it. It looked so lonely and unwanted regardless of the fact it’s the same old candy in different colors. Apparently it didn’t look lonely enough for me to buy any. Or maybe I just wasn’t in the mood.
