Ninety percent or more of the people I work with buy lunch every single day. This I can understand for some of them because they work long hours. Often by the time they get home there’s not much more to do than watch a movie and then go to sleep. This is especially true of the people who have a commute of an hour and a half or more. I’ve reached a point where it wouldn’t kill me to eat out more often, but I just can’t bring myself to do it unless I have no leftovers. I think of my friends I’m the only one who manages to cook for themselves every week which has become a point of pride for me.
