This is just me nit-picking the English language as I enjoy doing every now and then. Because “heads up” almost never means up. My inclination is to look up, but a lot of the time it’s better to duck. This never happened to me outside the confines of gym classs in school, but getting hit in the face with a kickball or other type of ball really sucks, especially when you have glasses.
